What is the Energy Booster System?
The Energy Booster System (EBS) is a six-part lifestyle program. A series of six easily achievable elements, across all aspects of everyday life.
When worked on simultaneously, these steps can drive sufferers of general fatigue, Burnout, and even M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, to recovery. And can also considerably reduce stress levels.
The system is designed to coach the student into the best position possible to completely overcome Burnout for good.
However, the Energy Booster System is NOT a medical cure. It requires belief, commitment to Alison’s teachings and consistent action on the part of the user.
It may sound overwhelming but it really is just a sequence of baby steps and simple lifestyle changes made consistently over time in all areas of life. With those things in place as a foundation, the sufferer is in the perfect position to overcome Burnout.

The Energy Booster System - Mindset course delves deeper into the mindset element of the system, and is made up of over 70 videos, split into different categories that guide the sufferer, step-by-step, into the perfect position to overcome M.E./CFS or Burnout, for good.

Why is Alison able to help me?
In both courses, Alison shares her experiences and her knowledge, not only as a survivor of M.E./CFS but also as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a practitioner of Hypnotherapy and EFT. What do I need to follow a course?
All you need to follow either of the Energy Booster System courses is:
- Just a couple of hours a week (or more if you choose) to watch the videos and learn the system
- A notepad and a pen for some of the exercises
- An internet-enabled device with a web browser, this could be a laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
- A standard broadband internet connection.
That's it! So simple, you can even learn from your bed!
How long does it take to complete a course?
Well, this differs from person to person, how much time they put into learning the course and whether or not they implement the core elements into their life.
The more time and dedication a person puts into the course, the better the results they will get, towards overcoming Burnout and achieving a more energetic, healthy and fulfilling life.
From Crippling M.E. To Becoming A Wellness Coach, Author & Speaker
After suffering with low energy levels and Burnout for years, my life really took a turn for the worst when I was 29 years old.
My husband and father of our 16-month-old son was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour. I gave him 24-hour care for 11 months, up until the day he passed away at home.
In the years that followed, my health deteriorated to a stage that I found it difficult to get out of bed each day, and I was later diagnosed with M.E., also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).
It really bothered me that medical professionals were able to offer little or no help. They were happy to prescribe medication, which would possibly ease the symptoms. However, I knew it wouldn't cure me of this debilitating condition.
The last thing my already exhausted body needed were drugs that, in the long term, were likely, to cause many other damaging side effects.
I knew the only way to recover was to heal my body, and to do that I needed to find the root cause of the condition. I could then adapt my lifestyle and prevent further relapses.
So, I set about testing and trialling every natural and healthy remedy and solution I could find.
Eventually, I found my winning combination and 4 years after diagnosis I was fully recovered from M.E. In the years since, I have never even experienced Burnout, let alone a relapse of M.E.
M.E./CFS is becoming a 21st-century epidemic. It is thought that approximately 250,000 people have it in the UK and over 1 million in the US but only about 20% are actually diagnosed. Even more disturbing is that children and young adults are being diagnosed with it.
It is for that reason that I decided to collate all the knowledge I gained, and which led to my recovery, into a system to help others do the same - the natural way!
It is my mission is to help as many people as possible to recover from debilitating fatigue in the same way I did.
