The mind is the most powerful tool our body has to recover from anything. Centuries worth of studies have shown the powerful effects of mind over body. People have cured cancer, overcome impossible obstacles and avoided the inevitable just from harnessing the power of the mind.
A modern day example of this is placebo.
Placebo often causes dramatic changes in our bodies and our minds. We just need to think something is being given to us, or happening to us, and even if it isn’t the brain takes it’s own course of action.
When overcoming big obstacles in life, such as Burnout, extreme low energy or feelings of depression, the right Ethos can guide us to make the necessary changes to recover and better our chances of getting to the place we want to be.
Without the right ETHOS we will stagnate and life will NEVER be the fulfilling one we desire and deserve.

N is for NOURISH
Nourishment is more than just food and diet.
Nourishment is all about supplying what is necessary for life, health and growth. It’s the fuel for our bodies, and we need to fill it with the best fuel to get the best performance out of it.

After many challenging years, which included a stressful career in London, feeling constantly burnt out, being widowed at 30 with a 2 year old son, and remarrying a widower and raising his two children, I was diagnosed with M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but I now lead an amazing, fulfilling and energetic life.

How is the ENERGY Booster System course different from others?

Success is dependent on the sufferer taking responsibility for, and working on 6 different areas of their life, simultaneously. The medical profession were unable to give Alison any of the information in this course, but they were willing to offer her prescription drugs, which would only treat the symptoms and likely make matters worse.
